Food production students in Palmela


The 1st year students of Food Production and Cookery (night shift), were responsible for three workshops on Bakery, Cooking and Pastry on April 6th at the Cheese, Bread and Wine Festival in Palmela. With them were ESHTE professors Arménio Marques, Luís Jesus e Bruna Alves.

This event is the result of a partnership between the Palmela Chamber of Commerce involving cheese, wine and apple products from the region of Palmela.
