Gilberto Costa, Pastry Chef, went to the chest to retrieve his Azorean grandmother's recipes such as the Cocoa Cake or the Banana Cake and features “Love in Slices.” The Pineapple Cake, which was also rescued from the notebook handled by time, together, in a single slice caramel, pineapple, a juicy dough and many childhood memories.

The book will be released on November 12 at 4:30 pm in the Estoril Room of the Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies. The book will be presented by Virgílio Nogueiro Gomes and Lucinda Pinto.
