MSc in Innovation in Culinary Arts

The MSc in Innovation in Culinary Arts (MIAC) is once more involved in the project 'Gastronomic and Literary Tourism | Performance, Communication and Culture' with several other institutions of higher education, such as the School of Communication and Media Studies (IPLisboa), the Faculties of Architecture and Letters of the University of Lisbon and the University of Beira Interior.

The new edition of 2018 - Jane Austen 2.00 - is already in progress and will have two distinct moments (April and June). It was during the preparation of the gastronomic experience that will be held in April that RTP visited ESHTE last month. Check the program 'Literatura Aqui'  (4.30‘).
